We strongly recommend avoiding the publication of content that may be interpreted as:
Explicitly offensive, containing hate speech, racism, extremism, sexism, or promoting violence;
Harassing other users or facilitating harassment;
Spreading false information, spam, unsolicited messages, or viruses;
Promoting illegal actions or inciting them;
Violating copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Users are required to use the service following applicable law, avoiding actions that could harm other participants on the platform. You are not permitted to post your contact information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, or any links) on the site or use the site for commercial activities without prior written consent from Brides4Love.

Payment Policy
On our website, the internal payment unit is called Coin. You can pay for services on our site using coins. Our payment partner provides the ability to purchase coins by debiting your credit or debit card according to the selected coin package and payment method.
Payment data includes information necessary to process your payments. This includes billing address, full name, last four digits of the card, payment confirmation information, and IP address. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us and specify your preferred payment method.
To order services on the site, a positive credit balance is required. Users with a negative balance or with bonus (trial) credits are restricted from accessing services. Coins can be used at any time. Please note that the prices for coins may change without prior notice. For up-to-date information on coin prices, please go to the "Buy Coins" section within your account. New prices will apply to your next coin purchase and will be published on the "Purchase Coins" page. All purchased coins, including those obtained during discounts and special offers, are indefinite and remain in your account.
You can track your coin transactions on the "Spending History" page in your account. You are obligated to pay for all services you receive from the site. In the case of improper service delivery, you have the right to a refund. In addition to the gifts listed, we can, upon your request, consider delivering a gift that is not included in the standard gift list, and such an order will be calculated individually for you and added for ordering.
If your account does not have enough coins to purchase a service that exceeds the available amount, you will not be able to complete the purchase. We reserve the right to compensate for missed services by crediting assets to your account. If you believe that OVT Network Services Limited has mistakenly deducted your coins, you may file a complaint with our support service within 30 days of the incident. OVT Network Services Limited reserves the right to stop accepting your debit or credit card.
Privacy Policy and Membership Termination

The site reserves the right to cancel your membership in case of violation of the terms of this agreement. In the event of financial or moral damages to the site or other participants as a result of your violation, the site may take appropriate actions, including the loss of any unused funds in your account, if applicable.
You may terminate your membership at any time by sending a written message to customer support at support@brides4love.com. You may request to deactivate your profile, which will result in it being completely hidden from other participants, and you will no longer receive notifications and temporarily have access to your account. Your account can be restored with your history upon your request. Complete removal of data from the site is also available upon your request, in which case your account will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by the participant, the refund of unused funds will be processed according to the refund policy stated in this agreement. If a participant cancels their membership, their profile will be removed from the active list but retained for one year in a separate area not accessible to other participants, allowing for recovery upon request. If access to the account is lost, the participant may re-register and create a new profile.
Refund Policy
Payments made by you are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy, which is part of this Agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. Any changes take effect upon their publication on the Site.
Conditions for Refund:
Refunds are only possible in cases explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Funds are non-refundable if the reason is solely your dissatisfaction with the Site or the services provided.
Messages sent to other users that remain unanswered are non-refundable.
Bonus credits credited to your account are non-refundable.
Electronic messages sent on the Site are considered delivered, and refunds for them are not provided, even in cases of accidentally sent duplicate messages or incomplete chats.
Special Cases:
If you encounter issues accessing services (e.g., chat or video chat), you must immediately stop using them and contact technical support. Refunds are not guaranteed if you continue to use the services after identifying a problem and only later file a complaint.
In the case of a valid refund claim, you must submit a complaint explaining its reason. Claims are reviewed within 10 days, excluding weekends, from the date of receipt. The administration reserves the right to request additional information and evidence to confirm your claim.
Refunds are possible only if the paid services were not provided due to the fault of the Site, excluding technical problems not related to the equipment or systems of Brides4Love.com.
The Site reserves the right to replace a refund with bonus credits to your account.
Limitations:
The Site is not responsible for the loss of credits if you have not explored all the features of the platform or have misused the Services.
If one of the site participants has suspended or canceled their membership, refunds for credits are not provided. Funds spent on services (chats, video chats, messages, gifts) are non-refundable.
Disclosure of Information:
When requesting a refund for transactions, we may request disclosure of all your correspondence, including photos and videos on the platform, to confirm the facts of payment. The privacy policy will not impede the disclosure of such data in this case.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
OVT Network Services Limited is not responsible for the behavior of participants, both online and offline, represented on this site. We strongly recommend that you exercise caution and common sense when using the site and services. Interaction with participants whose profiles are posted on the platform is solely at your own risk.
Provision of Information: All profiles and photos of women on this site are provided "as is" by agencies operating in various cities of Ukraine and other countries. These agencies are independent; therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information posted in their profiles, including biographies, moral qualities, and behavior of the women. Consequently, we are not responsible for any distortions or inaccuracies in the provided information.
Risks of Use: The use of the site and services, as well as interaction with female participants, is solely at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you pay attention and exercise caution when communicating with participants to avoid potentially unpleasant situations. If you suspect inappropriate behavior from women or agencies, please inform us immediately so that we can conduct a thorough investigation.
No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from using the site and/or services. We do not make any guarantees or representations regarding any advice, opinion, statement, or other information uploaded or distributed through the site by us, our partners, or any other member. The use of provided information is at your own risk.
Responsibility for Services: We are not responsible for the quality of the services provided and do not assume liability for any losses or damages, including bodily injury or death, that may arise from using the services. Interaction with Agencies: Brides4Love does not control the women you communicate or meet with. The possibility of a meeting depends on the mutual understanding between you and the woman, as well as the representative of the agency. In cases of suspected fraud, the responsibility lies with the dating agency you are interacting with. OVT Network Services Limited is only responsible for its services within the framework of applicable law and is not liable for the content and services provided by dating agencies in Ukraine and other countries. We collaborate with agencies based on contractual agreements but do not assume any debts, obligations, or claims arising from the actions of the agencies.
Limitation of Liability: Except in cases where such provisions are limited, and in which case liability is removed to the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will OVT Network Services Limited be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or bodily injuries, arising out of your use of the site or the Brides4Love.com service.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible and therefore do not accept any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including attorney fees), or other costs arising directly or indirectly from the violation of this agreement. The site administration and owner are not responsible for the privacy policies of the agencies we collaborate with. We cannot guarantee what information will be collected by the agencies and whether it will be used solely for providing site services.
General Provisions and Risk Warning
No Payments for Women Participants: The site managed by OVT Network Services Limited aims to create a safe and accessible platform for women participants by providing them with the opportunity to register and remain on the site completely free of charge. We place great importance on compliance with rules and regulations, and if any violations are discovered, we will take action, including the removal of profiles, only after thorough analysis and obtaining substantial evidence. This ensures a safe and fair environment for all users of the platform.
Anti-Spam Policy: OVT Network Services Limited takes a firm stance against spam and other unwanted messages. If you encounter spam in your forum, inbox, or guest page, we strongly recommend that you report it immediately to support@brides4love.com. Please include the text of the spam message and a link to it so that our team can promptly take action and resolve the issue, ensuring the safety of all participants.
Contact Information and Consent: The contact information of women (email and phone number) provided for communication comes from local agencies. We strictly monitor that this information is transmitted only with the woman's written consent obtained by the agency. This guarantees the protection of personal data and respect for the privacy of participants.
Right to Obtain Contact Information: You have the right to receive the contact information of a participant upon fulfilling one of the following conditions:
Engaging in no less than 15 hours of text chat with the same woman.
Sending no less than 30 messages to this woman.
All your communication history with participants is available in your account under the "My Tools" section - "Expense History," where you can conveniently filter information by time and specific women.
Continuation of Communication and Refund Policy: If you receive a woman's contact information from us or other sources, you agree to continue communicating with her in any way convenient for you, without making claims against the site. We are not responsible for the frequency of the woman's responses and the duration of communication after the exchange of contact information outside our platform. You also acknowledge that you will not request a refund or compensation for services you paid for while communicating with a woman on the site. This rule is designed to protect the interests of all participants and maintain trust within our community.
Verification of Contact Information: Brides4Love.com reserves the right to verify any discrepancies in contact information by comparing them with copies of identification and other documents confirming identity. However, we will not conduct verification in other ways, meaning there is a risk of receiving incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information. We recommend that users exercise caution and critically approach the information received during communication.
Independence of Service Providers: Brides4Love.com and service providers (e.g., local agencies) are fully independent of each other. The service provider does not act as an agent and does not represent the interests of participants. The service provider is not a managing company or subsidiary of Brides4Love.com. We never allow our partners (local agencies) that cooperate with us to use our name and profiles posted on our site as a justification for charging our clients additional fees, beyond the services we provide. Any such actions will be considered a violation of the terms of cooperation and may lead to the immediate termination of agreements with such agencies.
Under the above provisions, under no circumstances will Brides4Love.com be liable for any losses, damages, or misunderstandings arising from participants' communication, nor for the actions of local agencies. We strongly recommend that users exercise caution and common sense when interacting with participants and other users of the site.
Other Provisions
This Agreement, along with any rules, policies, privacy policies, guidelines, and other agreements that you accept when using the Website and/or when participating in and using the Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Brides4Love.com. This Agreement governs all aspects of your interaction with this Website and/or Service, including any software products provided by us.
You may not transfer this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to any third parties. OVT Network Services Limited reserves the right to assign all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party without your prior consent. In such case, OVT Network Services Limited is released from further liability under this Agreement.
